The automobile museum „Cité de l’Automobile“ showcases more than 400 dream cars and is one of the finest collections in the world. The museum is located in a former wool spinning mill which the brothers Schlumpf bought in 1957 to convert into a shrine for their collection a few years later. With its one-of-a-kind collection the automobile museum “Cité de l’Automobile” can very well be labelled the “Louvre of Automobiles”.
